HEROBOARD PILATES™ isn’t your average Pilates class. It’s an immersive, next-evolution method that reimagines what mind–body training can be.
At the center is the HEROBOARD™: a compact, wheeled exercise platform essentially a “pocket reformer”designed to deliver Pilates-style movement, strength, flexibility, and mobility training in a slim, mobile format. Unlike traditional reformers or machines, the HEROBOARD™ moves with you, not against you, unlocking seamless resistance, maximum engagement, and zero joint stress.
This class is performed in grippy socks or barefoot.

Get ready for the ultimate workout fusion at BEATSPACE with our PowerBOUNCE class! This high-energy session uses mini trampolines for a fun, low-impact cardio and strength workout. A 45-minute class, PowerBOUNCE will improve your balance, coordination, and endurance on the trampoline, while building lean muscle and boosting strength with targeted resistance & dumbbell exercises. Set to a dynamic playlist, this class will keep you moving, sweating, and toning from head to toe.

PowerSTEP takes classic step cardio to a new level — a 45 minute class with choreographed rhythms, fun footwork, and full-body sculpting synced to the music. PowerSTEP includes the use of light dumbbells, resistance bands, and the HeroBoard — an innovative pilates platform that adds a new challenge to every move. This class is designed to push limits and power up your coordination and confidence.

In this 30-minute bounce experience you’ll build a choreographed routine track by track — layering in footwork, timing, and transitions as the beat drives you forward.

Unwind, restore, and rejuvenate under the soothing glow of red light therapy. This 60-minute restorative yoga class is designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and nurture deep relaxation. Gentle, supported poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing your body to fully surrender and reset.
The soft red light promotes muscle recovery, improves circulation, and supports overall well-being, enhancing the benefits of your practice. With your consent, the instructor will offer gentle, assisted stretches throughout class to help release any lingering tightness and deepen your experience.
While using sound off headphones to you’ll be fully immersed into a chill, ambient playlist to guide you into rest and renewal. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring any special blankets or pillows you love for extra comfort. Water is also recommended to stay hydrated.
