Ladies, it’s time to show your pelvic floor some love 💕

Join us for a fun, empowering, and informative workshop designed just for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. Whether you’ve had babies, love to run, lift weights, sneeze a little too confidently 😅, or just want to be proactive about your health this workshop is for you!

At this interactive session with the experts from Up and Running Physical Therapy, you’ll learn:

✨ What your pelvic floor actually does (and why it matters!)
✨ How it impacts bladder control, core strength, posture & intimacy
✨ Common myths vs. facts about leaks, pain, and “normal” symptoms
✨ Simple exercises you can start doing right away
✨ When to seek support — and why you’re not alone

Expect real talk, practical tips, light movement, and a supportive, judgment-free space. We’re keeping it educational, encouraging, and maybe even a little giggle-worthy — because women’s health doesn’t have to be awkward.
